Current assurance status
SOC 2: Futurum has engaged an independent firm and is working through the SOC 2 examination process. A completed report will be described here after it has been issued.
HIPAA: Futurum is designing administrative, technical, physical, and contractual safeguards to support applicable HIPAA obligations, including business associate agreements where required. HHS does not endorse or recognize private HIPAA certifications.
Security program
The program is designed around access control, encryption, auditability, least privilege, secure development, incident response, vendor review, and workforce practices appropriate for sensitive health information.
Responsible disclosure
If you believe you found a security issue, email info@futurumhealth.ai with a clear description and steps to reproduce it. Do not include patient data, exploit the issue beyond what is needed to demonstrate it, or disrupt service.

Additional security documentation and independent assurance materials may be made available to qualified customers under appropriate confidentiality terms when available.
